We are proud to annonce our first Podcast.

In this episode, we explore the legacy of Roger and Peggy Gerry, whose dedication to preservation has shaped Roslyn’s historic character. 
Through conversations with Craig Westergard, Architect; Mayor John Durkin; long-time resident Susan Shaw; historian Helen Fletcher Russell; Anne Gronan, Chairperson of the Historic District Board; and Donna Frost, wife of preservation architect Guy Ladd Frost, we uncover how the Gerrys’ vision continues to inspire and guide Roslyn’s community efforts today.

Howard Kroplick, Co-President of the Roslyn Landmark Society, shares the intricate steps involved in restoring the historic grist mill. After highlighting the building's historical significance and technical specifications, he outlines the four phases of the restoration process, discusses the funding behind the project, and envisions the mill's future once the work is completed.
